These 90 minute classes offer both the beginner and continuing student the opportunity to explore the primary poses ofSvaroopa® yoga and how they release the core tensions within your body. These classes also provide you with the know how to practice at home.
Twelve themes form the structure of these classes:
Daily Practice, Lower Spinal Release, Upper Spinal Release, Abdominals, Backbends, Standing Poses, Forward Bends, Neck and Shoulders, Balance and Inversions, Classical Poses, Vinyasa, Seated Poses and Twists
A longer class that explores the deeper elements of the poses and includes yoga philosophy. You must have taken Svaroopa®yoga classes for two or more years or be a graduate of the Foundations of Svaroopa® yoga Course and/or have a home practice. Two hours of pure luxury.

Yoga for your Pregnancy
These classes are designed to give nurturing support to you, your body and your baby during your pregnancy. The poses help with the changes your body goes through, especially through your pelvic area to give you a more comfortable pregnancy, an easier delivery and improved post natal recovery.
90 minutes to relax, energise your body and strengthen your bond with your little one.
Yoga for your Back
This is a specialist course for people suffering with back pain. You will learn how to alleviate your pain with
simple, easy and effective yoga poses performed in a way that supports and nurtures your body. Janaki is a very experienced teacher with specialist training in this field. The course includes an ‘at home’ DVD.
Classes are 90 minutes.
Introduction to Meditation courses
Learn how to meditate, starting right from the beginning. This course includes: yoga philosophy behind the practice, how, when and where to meditate, guidance into meditation and discussion of meditation experiences. Two hours per week for three weeks.
Half Day Workshops
A three hour experience of Svaroopa® yoga. These workshops give you longer to experience each relaxation, each breathing practice and each pose more fully to give you deeper openings, deeper awareness of your body and deeper understanding of the practices of yoga. Each workshop has a different theme to develop your relationship with your body (and mind) in a variety of beneficial ways.
Three hour workshops are $55 each
